Pure Desi Buffalo Ghee, the Punjabi Kitchen Favourite

Buffalo milk has more fat than cow milk, so its ghee is whiter, thicker and richer. That's why Punjabi homes have always used it for winter pinni, panjiri, gajar halwa and ghee-loaded parathas. Our buffalo ghee is bilona-churned: curd is churned into makkhan, which is then slow-cooked into danedar ghee.
